These terms govern use of the Veona platform by healthcare facilities and their authorised users. By using Veona you agree to them.
Veona is licensed per facility and edition. Authorised users must keep credentials secure and use the platform only for legitimate clinical and administrative purposes.
Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed professionals. Veona provides tools, including decision support and Veona Scribe, that assist but do not replace clinical judgement.
We target high availability and publish status at status.veonahealth.com. Service levels are described in our SLA.
Fees are per the agreed order form: per facility, per bed, and per integration. Modules can be added as you grow.
