Hire into the record

Recruitment runs from a requisition through a candidate pipeline to an eSigned offer. Accept it and the new hire flows straight into onboarding and a live employee record - no re-keying.

Place and roster them

Set their position, grade, and reporting line on the org chart, then put them on the roster. Shifts, swaps, on-call, and leave keep the floor covered and the record current.

Pay and review

Each cycle, payroll reads the live record - pay, leave, attendance - applies the country's statutory deductions, and produces a payslip and bank file once the run is approved. Appraisals and CPD are eSigned.

Keep them compliant

Licences, memberships, and documents live in the vault with expiry reminders, so nothing lapses. Every change is audited, and the employee manages their own details through Self-Service.

Is there a separate charge for Veona HR?
